Welcome to Lilstep. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
Lilstep provides customized kids’ gifts and memory keepsake products, including ceramic clay footprint kits, baby footprint magazines, customized toys, and related items.

2. Customized Products
All products are made based on customer-provided details and preferences. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after production has started.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. No Refund Policy
Since all products are customized, Lilstep does not offer refunds once an order is placed.

5. Replacement Policy
Replacement is available only if:

  • The product is delivered damaged, or

  • The wrong product is delivered.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability. Lilstep is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Variations
As all products are handmade and customized, slight differences in color, design, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and product concepts on Lilstep are the property of Lilstep and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Lilstep shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms
Lilstep reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
